The final step is to fill in an Inscription Form for each paver purchased.
Click the Inscription Form box below that corresponds to the size paver you purchased. If you purchased more than one size or a multiple number of pavers, make sure to submit a separate inscription form for each paver. Start by clicking on an inscription form and then follow the form instructions for submitting additional inscriptions. For tracking purposes, it is very important to include the paver location number correctly in each inscription form.
